Weather as a mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be
collected or processed when you use the app.
1. Information We Collect
The app itself does not require
users to create an account and does not directly ask for personal information
such as name, email address, phone number, or address.
The app may store limited app-related
information locally on your device, such as settings, preferences. This
information is stored on the device and is not sent to our own servers.
Location Data
To provide accurate local weather
forecasts, the app may request access to your device’s location (approximate or
precise). This location data is processed in real time solely to retrieve
current weather information for your area. We do not store, log, or track your
location history, nor do we host this data on any personal servers.
2. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party SDKs
and services, including:

- Google Mobile Ads SDK

provider): Receives location coordinates (latitude and longitude) strictly to

These services may collect
information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address,
app interactions, ad interactions, crash or diagnostic data, approximate
location derived from network information, and other technical data needed to
provide ads, analytics, fraud prevention, billing, app services, and app
functionality.

3. Advertising
The app displays ads through
Google AdMob and may use Meta Audience Network through mediation. Ads may be
personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, and
consent choices.
Advertising partners may use
identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID to show ads, measure ad
performance, limit ad frequency, detect fraud, and improve ad services.
Where required, the app may
show a consent form that allows users to manage advertising consent choices.
4. Analytics
The app uses Firebase Analytics
/ Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general app usage, improve app
functionality, diagnose issues, and improve the app experience. Analytics data
may include app interactions, device type, app version, session information, and
technical identifiers.
5. Google Play Apps Services
If you choose to sign in with
Google Play Apps Services, Google may process your app profile information,
achievements, leaderboard data, and related account/app activity. The app only
uses this information to provide app-related features such as achievements and
leaderboards.
6. In-App Purchases
The app may offer in-app
purchases through Google Play Billing. Purchases are processed by Google Play.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. The app may receive
purchase status information from Google Play in order to unlock purchased
content or remove ads.
7. Permissions
The app may request internet
and network-related permissions to load ads, connect to Google Play services,
process purchases, and access online services.
If storage permission appears
on older Android versions, it is not used by us to collect personal files.
Android and Google Play may handle permissions differently depending on the
device and OS version.
The app may request location
permissions (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) solely to detect
your current location and display relevant local weather. You can grant or
revoke location permissions at any time via your device settings. If location
access is disabled, you can still manually search for cities.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We may share or allow
processing of data through third-party SDKs listed in this policy for purposes
such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, billing, app functionality,
and legal compliance.
9. Data Retention
We do not operate our own backend
server for storing personal user data.
Local app data stored on your
device may be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data. Third-party
providers may retain data according to their own privacy policies and retention
rules.
10. User Choices
You can manage ad
personalization through your device settings and Google account settings.
You may reset or delete your
Android Advertising ID from your device privacy settings, where supported.
You may sign out of Google Play
Apps Services from your Google Play Apps settings.
Where a consent form is shown,
you may use it to manage consent choices where available.
11. Children’s Privacy
The app is not intended to
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a
child has provided personal information through the app or through a connected
third-party service, please contact us.
12. Security
We use standard platform
services and third-party SDKs to provide the app. While no method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, we aim to use reputable providers
and avoid collecting personal data directly.
13. Changes to This Privacy
Policy
We may update this Privacy
Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the page where this policy
is hosted, with a new effective date.
